Products are shipped within 24hrs of the order being placed. Please allow 3-5 business days for standard shipping.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Damaged Products in Transit
We take care to ensure our candles are well-cushioned for shipping, but in the rare instance where they arrive damaged, please contact us. We'll be happy to send a replacement upon return of the damaged candle(s). Return shipping fees will be covered by us.

Returns & Exchanges
If our candle isn't to your liking, we will happily offer an exchange for a different scent within 14 days of your purchase. Candles must be sent to us in brand new condition, with the box intact in order to receive the exchange.

Refunds
Cancellations within 3 days of the order will receive a refund to the original payment method. Cancellations made after 3 days of the order date will receive a store credit for the amount of the order. Store credit expires within one calendar year of the date when the credit is issued.
